Are all Items Authentic?
Absolutely. Every Item sold at The Patrick Collection is 100% authentic and verified by hand. From 2021 to 2024, I was the sole contact for sneaker inventory at multiple stores across the DMV, moving over $700,000 in sales on consignment. We take pride in providing top-notch service and delivering an unbeatable experience — the same trust, consistency, and attention to detail now goes directly into every order shipped to you, with no middleman and no compromises.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
For apparel only, we understand that fit can vary by brand. If a clothing item does not fit as expected, customers are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before wearing the item. In select cases, and only if the same apparel item is available in another size, we may be able to assist with a size swap.
Size assistance requests are reviewed case-by-case, subject to availability. Shipping costs and any price differences are the responsibility of the customer.
We provide detailed product photos, measurements when applicable, and transparent sizing information to help you purchase confidently.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order gets cancelled, it’s usually for one of two reasons:
- The item sold out before your order was processed, or
-Shopify flagged it as a potential fraud risk.
When that happens, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded.
If you know your order wasn’t fraudulent, no worries — just place it again using matching shipping and billing address.
When does my order ship?
For orders over $500, we require a signature at delivery for your protection.
To help prevent fraud and ensure a secure transaction, we may require first-time buyers to complete a one-time identity verification process. This includes submitting a valid photo ID.
Processing for first-time orders begins after successful verification.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which can extend processing time to 1–3 business days. After successful verification, your order will ship within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
