All sales from The Patrick Collection are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We recommend that you double-check your size before placing an order. If you’re unfamiliar with the fit of a specific model, we suggest trying the shoe on in-store or researching how that style typically fits.
If you believe your item arrived with a defect or issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and assist accordingly.
Apparel Fit Assistance (Size-Related Requests)
For apparel only, we understand that fit can vary by brand. If a clothing item does not fit as expected, customers may contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before wearing the item to inquire about size assistance.
In select cases, and only if the same apparel item is available in another size, we may be able to assist with a size swap. All size assistance requests are reviewed case-by-case and are subject to item availability. Shipping costs and any price differences are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued.
