1. Carriers Used
All U.S. and international orders are shipped using UPS and DHL Express.
DHL Express is used for international shipments to ensure fast delivery and accurate customs handling.
2. Billing & Shipping Address Requirement
For your security and to protect against fraudulent transactions, the billing address must match the shipping address.
Orders placed with mismatched information may be subject to cancellation or require additional verification before processing.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
First-Time Customers:
To help prevent fraud and ensure a secure transaction, we may require first-time buyers to complete a one-time identity verification process. This includes submitting a valid photo ID. Processing for first-time orders begins after successful verification.
4. Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are generally shipped within 24–48 business hours.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
5. International Shipping & Duties (No Surprise Fees)

For all international orders, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.
